The BAZ Loop Blade Knife: This knife is ideally suited for symmetrical trimming of frogs and letting in clips. The loop is 15mm (5/8”) wide and the blade is made from J2 tool steel and hardened to 56 Rockwell. It incorporates an ergonomically designed Rosewood handle and brass rivets.
The BAZ Slim Loop Blade Knife: As the name suggests this is a slimmer version of the loop blade, at 13mm (1/2”) the narrower loop provides even more accuracy of cut. The blade is made from J2 tool steel and hardened to 56 Rockwell. It incorporates an ergonomically designed Rosewood handle and brass rivets.
Available in either a right or left handed version, it is ideal for the flatter footed horse. The blade is made from A2 tool steel and hardened to 55 Rockwell and it incorporates a long handle to give extra cutting power for working on even the hardest feet.
